Dr. Nelly Weledji is a board-certified OB-GYN at Atlanta Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, providing inclusive, evidence-based care for women at all stages of life.
She trained at Brown University, UNC Chapel Hill, and completed her residency at Emory University, where she served as Chief Resident and was recognized for her leadership and focus on health equity. Her expertise includes high-risk pregnancy care, robotic and minimally invasive surgery for fibroids, cysts, and hysterectomies, as well as contraception and women’s wellness.
With a background as a Division I athlete and former member of the Cameroonian national basketball team, she brings a strong understanding of active women’s health needs, especially during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She is passionate about making women’s healthcare more inclusive and ensuring every patient feels supported and empowered.
