What began as a deeply personal mission has grown into a purpose-driven foundation committed to helping women move beyond survival and into stability, confidence, leadership, and sustainable success. Through trauma-informed programming, workforce development initiatives, reentry support, leadership growth, advocacy, and community-centered partnerships, The Faye Collective creates meaningful pathways for women to heal, rebuild, work, lead, and thrive.
