Reminder: Needing less doesn’t make you easier to love. The right people will encourage your growth and validate your needs.

You don’t have to shrink yourself to be worthy of love. So many of us learn to quiet our needs, hide our emotions, or make ourselves “less” in hopes of being easier to love or accept. But healthy relationships don’t require you to abandon parts of yourself; they make room for the whole you.

Healing often begins when we stop apologizing for taking up space. 💙

Where are my people pleasers?! If you’re the one holding it all together, making sure everyone else is okay… this is for you.

Let’s gently loosen our grip on these 3 negative beliefs that may be keeping you stuck:

1. “I need people to be happy for me to be okay.”
2. “My needs don’t really matter.”
3. “If I say no, they won’t like me.”

What if your peace didn’t depend on everyone else’s mood?
What if your needs were just as valid as anyone else’s?
What if “no” actually made your relationships more honest—not less?

You don’t have to earn your worth through overgiving. You’re allowed to take up space, have needs, and set limits.

If you’re looking for support in working through this, reach out—I’d love to work together!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re taking a moment to celebrate both the importance of mental health care and the people behind the work.

This month, our team spent time continuing our education through ethics training while also celebrating clinicians reaching important milestones on their journeys toward licensure.

Being a therapist involves ongoing learning, reflection, growth, and commitment, not only for ourselves, but for the clients and communities we serve every day. We’re grateful to do this work together 🤍
