“First Aid for the Nervous System” – A Live Course for Parents

If you’ve seen your child bump, bonk, smash, break, or tear something… this is for you.
In this live (and recorded) Zoom course, you’ll learn simple, gentle ways to help their nervous system process those injuries—so they’re not quietly carrying all that trauma into their teen and adult years.

You’ll come away with practical tools you can use right after a fall or accident to:

-Calm their body and brain, not just treat the bruise

-Reassure and regulate their nervous system through touch, breath, and connection

-Support resilience, so they feel safer, stronger, and more confident after getting hurt

No anatomy degree needed: just your presence, your hands, and a few guided steps. DM or comment for Early Bird (active until Wednesday)
