Step right up! πŸŽͺ Recently, Berman Commons turned into a carnival, complete with cotton candy, ring toss, festive games, and plenty of smiles all around. Our residents had a blast enjoying the sights, sounds, and sweet treats of the big top, right here on our own campus.

Thank you to our team, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring the carnival to life making the day so much fun for our residents. The circus may be temporary, but the memories are here to stay! 🎠🍬

If you've visited the Jewish Home, chances are you've met Mr. Gouberman. He's our resident artist, often spotted in the courtyard sketching, writing, or reading the daily paper with his wife by his side. He's got a sweet tooth, an even sweeter eye for detail, and this week he celebrated a birthday! πŸŽ‚

Happy Birthday, Mr. Gouberman! πŸŽ‰

πŸ–οΈπŸΉ Who needs a plane ticket when you've got great music, cold slushies, and sunshine right in our own backyard? Our residents traded their walkers for beach hats and soaked up the summer vibes with live tunes, tasty sandwiches, and plenty of good company.

Straw hats on, beach balls bouncing, and good times guaranteed. πŸŒ΄β˜€οΈ

Thank you to Valerie Miller and Friends for always providing wonderful music that our residents love!

We were so grateful to welcome Gabi Vesey and Hannah Oh from Senator Raphael Warnock's office to our Howell Mill Campus! It was a pleasure to give them a tour and share more about the care and services provided across both of our campuses and within the community.

Members of our leadership team, including representatives from across our communities, service lines, and corporate office were proud to showcase the important work we do every day for Atlanta's seniors. Thank you for taking the time to see it firsthand, we're grateful for the continued engagement and support from Senator Warnock's office. πŸ™

Jewish HomeLife recently welcomed Legislative Assistant Gabi Vesey and Legislative Correspondent Hannah Oh from U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock’s office for a tour of their community and an opportunity to learn more about the care and services they provide.

We have big news to share! For the third year in a row, Jewish HomeLife has been named a 2026 Top Workplace by Axios! πŸ†πŸŽ‰

What makes this award special is that it's based entirely on what our own employees told an independent survey company, and not on anything we said about ourselves. It reflects how our team truly feels about working at Jewish HomeLife: respected, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work every single day.

To every team member across our communities, thank you. Thank you for the compassion you bring to residents and families, for showing up for one another, and for making Jewish HomeLife the kind of place people are genuinely proud to be part of. This recognition is yours!

We couldn't do what we do without you.

At this summer's Georgia Health Care Association Summer Convention, our CFO/COO Neelam Rahatekar joined a panel of industry leaders to share how Jewish HomeLife is embracing technology in ways that put our residents first. Her message was clear: being an early adopter of innovation isn't about chasing trends. It's about giving our residents and families real peace of mind.

One example already in action: robotic patrol units now walk our Howell Mill campus each evening, adding an extra layer of safety for residents at Balser and Zaban Towers and The William Breman Jewish Home. Last month, we invited residents and families to meet the "dogs" in person and see firsthand how they work.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do β€” for the people who call our communities home, and for the incredible staff who care for them every day. We are proud to keep building a place where innovation and compassion go hand in hand. 🏑✨
