How to manifest? 💭🙇🏾♀️
✨Identify what you want to manifest.
✨Speak it as though it is.
✨Then embody the thing you’re manifesting.
Example💡
📌Identify the manifestation - “I need me time.”
📌 Speak as though it is - “I am grateful for the me time I’ve sat aside for myself each day. I take 1 hour to myself every morning.”
📌 Embody the manifestation - Now open your calendar, find a time slot (1 or 2), block it out, then incorporate your me time a couple of days out the week.
Here’s the magickal part 💫 once your body gets a taste of that energy, your brain chemistry aligns with it. Dopamine, serotonin, your feel good messengers lock it in as your new normal.
BOOM 💥before you know it, it’s your lifestyle.
Remember, manifesting can happen on both sides of the pole. Negative and positive emotions, thought, words, and images can be manifested.
