No! Results can last approximately 2–4 years, depending on the product used and individual factors.

💙 Let’s talk about something that doesn’t get talked about enough… PROPER POST-OP CARE!

One thing about me, I’m going to be transparent with y’all. I love my non-surgical procedures, but I’m also no stranger to the surgery table. 😂 So when I speak about post-op care, I’m not just speaking as someone in the industry. I’m speaking from personal experience too!

Ladies, please understand that just because someone is massaging your stomach does NOT mean you’re receiving proper lymphatic drainage.

There is a difference between a regular massage and a treatment specifically designed to support your body during recovery.

Over the years, I’ve noticed how much of a difference proper technique, experience, and understanding the lymphatic system can make.

And let me say this: Booking 10 or 20 massages doesn’t automatically mean you’re receiving better care. Some women need more sessions than others, and that’s perfectly fine. Your recovery depends on your procedure, your body, and your surgeon’s recommendations.

But your treatments should have a purpose. Your provider should understand what stage of recovery you’re in, what techniques are appropriate, and when something needs medical attention instead of another massage.

I see so many ladies spend thousands on surgery and then treat their aftercare like an afterthought. Baby, your recovery deserves just as much attention as the procedure itself! 💕

And please, if you’re experiencing severe swelling, worsening pain, or difficulty walking, don’t assume another massage is the answer. Contact your surgeon.
