Chronic knee pain can make everyday life harder — walking, climbing stairs, working, exercising, or simply getting through the day.

For patients with osteoarthritis who have not found lasting relief from injections, medications, or physical therapy, Genicular Artery Embolization (G*E) may be an option.

G*E is a non-surgical, minimally invasive outpatient procedure that uses image-guided technology to target the abnormal blood vessels contributing to knee inflammation.

No stitches.
No hospital stay.
No major surgery.

Schedule a free consultation with Dr. Carson to learn whether G*E may be right for you.

Strong women push through a lot.

But heavy bleeding, pelvic pressure, fatigue, anemia, and pain from fibroids should not be something women simply have to “be strong” through.

Fibroids are incredibly common. Research shows they affect 50%–70% of women by menopause, with rates reaching over 80% among Black women.

This Women’s Health Awareness Month, we’re reminding women: strength also looks like asking questions, getting answers, and learning your options.

UFE is a minimally invasive treatment option designed to help relieve fibroid symptoms without major surgery.

FREE consults are available with Dr. Carson to help you understand whether UFE may be right for you. Schedule yours today.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

From all of us at Georgia Vascular Institute & Georgia Fibroid Treatment Center, we are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedom it protects.

Fibroids don’t just affect the body.

They can affect how a woman feels, moves, works, rests, shows up for family, and manages daily life.

The stress of never knowing when symptoms may interrupt your day.

Research has shown that women diagnosed with uterine fibroids experience higher rates of depression and anxiety — especially when pain and heavy bleeding are present.

That’s why conversations about fibroids belong in conversations about mental health, too.

Georgia Fibroid Treatment Center strives to help women understand their symptoms, their options, and the role minimally invasive care like UFE may play in restoring quality of life.

If fibroids are affecting your life, you deserve answers.

FREE consults available with Dr. Carson. Message us to schedule yours. 💜

There’s a reason Dr. Carson became passionate about treating fibroids.

It started with family.

At a family reunion years ago, one conversation with a cousin about fibroids and a procedure called Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) turned into something much bigger.

As they talked, more women in the family slowly gathered around—sharing stories of heavy bleeding, pain, pressure, and being told hysterectomy was their only option.

For many families, especially in communities of color, fibroids were something women suffered through quietly.

That moment changed everything.

After learning about UFE, Dr. Carson’s cousin went on to avoid hysterectomy—and later had a child after previously believing she may never be able to.

Today, helping women understand they may have options beyond surgery remains a major part of the mission at our Atlanta fibroid center.

Because education matters.
And women deserve to know they don’t have to suffer in silence.

We’re proud to now expand access to care for patients throughout metro Atlanta with our additional Stockbridge location.

💛 FREE consultations with Dr. Carson are available to see if UFE may be right for you.

We’re honored to support students who are dreaming big and exploring futures in medicine, healthcare, and leadership.

Thank you to the Clayton County Public Schools Magnet Programs
for allowing Georgia Vascular Institute to play a small role in encouraging the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Providing students with opportunities to be in rooms with physicians, healthcare leaders, and future medical professionals matters. Exposure creates possibility—and today’s students truly are tomorrow’s doctors, researchers, innovators, and leaders.

Dr. Carson has always believed that investing in the community means investing in people first, and we’re grateful to continue supporting programs that help young people see what’s possible for their future.

We appreciate the recognition and look forward to continuing the partnership.
