Chantilly Cake Baking anyone? Today our Activities Staff did a Baking demonstration where they baked a Homemade Chantilly Cake in front of our residents and showed them step by step how to bake and decorate it! The best part was that our residents got to enjoy the cake and boy were they happy!

Yesterday was a very special day because we got the opportunity to throw Mr. Jim a Surprise Birthday Party!! He came to visit his wife and had no idea a surprise was waiting for him! Happy Birthday Mr. Jim!
