Yoga Poses Daily Lynn Brandli, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Yoga & Adventure Retreat Leader. I am also C-IAYT (Certified International Association of Yoga Therapists).

I am a CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher) and have been practicing and teaching yoga since 1996. Both of these organizations hold high standards for teachers to share knowledge of yoga that is both ancient and therapeutic for phyiscal, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. I teach 4 classes weekly (MWF at 9:30am; TU at 6:30pm) and conduct private sessions daily. I enjoy heading up Yoga Re

treats and exploration to sacred and beautiful places. Please inquire about our next trips. This year we went to Tulum, MX and next year we will be in Costa Rica. Our studio space is 289 Little Street SE, Atlanta GA. I hope to meet you and share Yoga and great health together!

We hope you will join us for our special guest teacher coming from the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. Anjali will teach my regular Monday class 9:30-11 and Friday an extended class from 9:30- 12:30. The cost is Monday $20 and Friday $60.
