MYTH: "You should wait 30 minutes after eating to swim or you'll get cramps."

FACT: There's no evidence that swimming after eating causes dangerous cramps. Blood flow does shift toward digestion after a meal, so a HUGE meal before intense swimming might feel uncomfortable — but a normal lunch before pool time? Totally fine.
