• Spend protected time each week on creative projects with the motivation of body doubling and timed creative sprints

Meet Scarlett! Many of you know her as our wellness practitioner at The Space! We’re honored to welcome Scarlett, now as our graduate counseling intern as well. She is currently completing her training and gaining hands-on experience while working under the close guidance and clinical supervision of licensed therapists on our team.

This means that clients working with Scarlett receive compassionate, high-quality care while also supporting her growth as a therapist in training. To make therapy more accessible, her sessions are offered at a sliding scale rate—providing affordable support for adults seeking care.

We’re so excited to have Scarlett as part of our community and to witness the impact she will make. 💛

Boundaries are protective — not punitive.
They protect your peace in a healthy way, not a reactive one.

In therapy, we don’t just say “set a boundary.”

We practice the language.
We build the capacity to hold it.

10 ways to regulate your nervous system in under 5 minutes

1. Take 6 slow exhales, making your out-breath longer
2. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly
3. Drop your shoulders and unclench your jaw
4. Name 3 things you can see, 2 you can hear, 1 you can feel
5. Splash cool water on your face or wrists
6. Press your feet firmly into the ground
7. Gently hum, sigh, or yawn
8. Slowly stretch your neck or spine
9. Step outside for fresh air or natural light
10. Remind yourself: “I am safe right now.”

Small moments of regulation create real change.
