We have some good news to share: CaraVita Home Care just completed our state licensure survey with a deficiency-free result.

For those unfamiliar with how this works — state surveyors review everything from care documentation to caregiver training records to how we supervise our nursing team, all measured against Georgia's home care regulations. A "deficiency-free" outcome means they found nothing out of compliance.

We know that when you're trusting someone with a parent, a spouse, or another loved one, "we follow the rules" isn't enough on its own — you want proof that the standards are actually being met, not just written down somewhere. This is that proof, and it's why we share it!

It's the kind of result that comes from having a professional clinical team embedded in daily operations, not just on an org chart. It's part of how we've cared for Metro Atlanta families for 28 years.

Meet our August Caregiver of the Month: Chinwe O.! 🌟

Chinwe has been part of the CaraVita family for over 4 years, bringing with her an incredible 25 years of caregiving experience across home care, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, assisted living, memory care, and group homes.

What makes Chinwe special is her deep empathy — she's remarkably in tune with her clients and their families, especially during life's most difficult moments, and she consistently goes above and beyond to show her care and support.

Outside of work, Chinwe treasures time with her family and grandchildren, and loves swimming and watching movies.

Chinwe shared that what sets CaraVita apart is how much the company genuinely cares about the safety and wellbeing of caregivers, not just clients. She feels supported in her role, thoughtfully matched with clients, and part of a positive, safe working environment.
