Did you know that September is Falls Prevention Awareness Month?

Supporting falls prevention can start with a conversation. Encourage the older adults in your life to stay physically active, talk with their healthcare provider about fall risk, and learn about local programs and resources that can help them stay healthy, active, and independent.

Visit the Administration for Community Living webpage dedicated to falls prevention at acl.gov/falls-prevention-month and join the conversation!
