I've posted this before because I have it. And I'll post it again because there are many of us who have to argue with doctors because our brains don't work like other people's brains do and doctors just don't understand...we👏are👏didferent!

From my normal body temperature being approximately 96.8 to my nose working differently, to my eyes working differently and of course my brain works differently and none of the doctors I've seen in The last 10 years seemed to understand this… At all! It's very frustrating.

 I just have to ask WHY, WHY, WHY  for the love of all things holy are people still making the conscious choice to shovel food into their mouths on camera while they're trying to talk to you!?

 I just saw another video of somebody doing this and their information was very valid. I just couldn't get past them shoveling food into their mouth and talking with food in their mouth.

Seriously, this is one of my biggest pet peeves. The camera didn't just magically turn on. We didn't just catch you in an inopportune moment while you were having lunch. You chose to turn the camera on while you were purposely sitting there eating.

I don't know why, but this feels absolutely disingenuous to me when people do this. I think it's done to make you feel like this was spontaneous and you just happened upon this person while they were in the middle of a meal but we know it's calculated so it feels very false to me. 

The information may still be good but I just can't get past anyone who uses this "casual lunch with a friend" parasocial connection engagement tactic.

I think I'm the only person this bothers. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Finally getting around to some nesting updates. It's 1,000,000° outside so I cannot take care of the jungle that has become my garden right now.

I just haven't had the motivation for the last two years to do anything inside but it's finally coming back.

Finally getting around to fixing things, mending things, and little updates that make me feel better.

Just need to get some trim for the edge and I'll pick that up when I pick up the ductwork to reroute my dryer vent because the brilliant person who built our home put the external dryer vent right above our air-conditioning unit, which means it continuously gets clogged up with a lint and becomes inefficient. 🙄

I'm actually still contemplating if I want to wallpaper the whole wall. I have another roll but I decided to sit with it being more of a "floor to ceiling headboard" look for a little while before I made my final decision.

Let's see how long it takes for my husband to notice that there's something different in this room. 😆😆

And remember, everyone's "Purge" is different. Not everything is massive traditional trauma based.

You can have a soul purge at any point in life and this information still applies.

Some people spend their whole lives in a trauma state but if no huge dramatic event happened they often don't realize exactly what's happening and how it has effected their body and mind.

You can live in a fear state without an actual event that caused traditional fear BTW.
