Natural looking facial rejuvenation surgery is rarely about one procedure — it’s about the artistry of combination and customization.

Every face ages differently, which is why no two surgical plans are ever the same.

Whether addressing the eyes, brow, neck, full face, or a thoughtful combination of procedures, the goal is always harmony, balance, and a result that feels believable and beautiful.

My passion is creating soft, refined outcomes where patients still look completely like themselves — they recognize the younger version if themselves again.

The best compliment is when no one can tell surgery was done… they simply notice that you look incredible. No overdone looks, no stretched skin.

Thank you for this lovely patient of mine, 8 months after surgery, who allowed me to share her images as I teach and share what I love doing with you! ✨🙏✨

The extended deep plane facelift and preservation neck lift lecture I presented this weekend at the Aesthetic meeting. It was at the Global Hot Topics session with my colleagues Steve Levine and Ramtin Kassir.

Good surgeons have good results despite the technique they use. And despite these differences, we all agree that a facelift is the single, most powerful facial rejuvenation procedure and also the most beautiful one!

Three months after surgery with our beautiful S. ✨

This journey has been especially meaningful. She came to me many years after significant facial trauma, prior surgery, scarring, and severe facial asymmetry — all of which made her surgery uniquely complex and deeply detail-oriented.

Her surgical plan:
• Extended deep plane facelift
• Structural neck lift
• Platysmaplasty
• Fat grafting
• Brow lift
• Eyelid rejuvenation and ptosis repair
• Lip lift

At just three months postop, she is healing beautifully and naturally — looking like herself, more rested, harmonious, and renewed.

What means the most to me is hearing her say she feels more like herself now than she did before surgery. She is 53 and feels she is back to her 30s! Definitely!

Healing is a process, and we will continue following her progress closely as everything continues to soften and refine over time.

S. has been incredibly kind, patient, and trusting throughout this entire experience, and it has truly been an honor to take care of her. 🤍

There’s a particular kind of energy in the anatomy lab that never gets old.

At the Anatomy Lab, we were surrounded by surgeons who are not only refining their technique, but elevating their vision.

After years of teaching facial plastic surgery, the fun of learning continues to inspire me.

Grateful to contribute to a standard of excellence that ultimately serves what matters most: delivering natural, refined, and safe results for our patients.

Your eyes tell your story.

And eyelid rejuvenation surgery isn’t about altering who you are—it’s about restoring what made your eyes naturally beautiful in the first place.

It goes beyond just about excess skin. It’s about volume shifts, contour changes, and loss of light around the eyes.

My main goals when rejuvenating eyes:
• Recreate smooth, youthful eyelid transitions.
• Restore subtle volume where it has been lost.
• Brighten the eye area for a more rested look.
• Enhance your natural features and preserve your identity.
• Leave no telltale signs of surgery.

Thank you to this lovely patient for sharing her rejuvenated look and her brighter, gorgeous green eyes at 6 months after surgery.

Because true beauty around the eyes isn’t created—it’s revealed.

I’m here in São Paulo at Deep Plane Brazil, and it’s been an incredible experience to be part of this global meeting of minds.

I had the honor of presenting my approach to deep plane facelifts—combining structural repositioning with fat transfer and skin resurfacing.

My philosophy has always been centered on creating results that are not only beautiful, but natural, balanced, and long-lasting.

What makes this event truly special is the collaboration. Being able to exchange ideas, discuss techniques, and learn alongside colleagues from all over the world is invaluable.

There’s a shared commitment here—to keep refining what we do in facial plastic surgery.

At the core of it, everything we do is for one purpose: achieving better, safer, and more refined outcomes for our patients.

It’s inspiring to be part of a community so dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.

There’s a common misconception that surgery is a “last resort”.

In reality, many of my patients in their late 40s and early 50s find it the ideal time to consider it.

When true muscle descent and skin laxity are present, non-surgical treatments simply can’t deliver meaningful or lasting correction. They have their place—but they don’t lift what has structurally shifted.

Hormonal shifts and perimenopause add an extra layer of perceived facial aging at this time of our lives.

Choosing surgery early does not mean you are rushing it, it means you will achieve a natural, elegant result without years of chasing temporary fixes.

And if fear is holding you back—let’s address that honestly: the surgeries I do are not going to make you look “stretched,” pulled, or unrecognizable.

What I do is not about stretching tissues to extremes. It is about repositioning, softening, and restoring—so you still look like yourself, just more refreshed, more harmonious.

Just a version of you that feels aligned again.

This kind of outcome isn’t luck—it’s thoughtful, reproducible, and absolutely achievable.

Thank you to this lovely patient of mine for the pleasure of taking care of you! 🩷

Some stories stay with you—and hers is one of them.

In her early 50s, she came to me not just seeking rejuvenation, but healing. After experiencing significant facial trauma that affected her facial bones, lips, teeth, and eyes many years before plus normal facial aging, the journey back to feeling like herself again was deeply personal—and not an easy one.

From the very beginning, she led with grace. We bonded over a shared love for beauty, flowers, and the smallest details that make life meaningful. But what stood out most was that she is also an artist.

Traveling from out of town, she placed her face—and her confidence—in our hands, embracing a process that requires both courage and patience.

Now at two and a half months after surgery, she sent these photos - her natural light shining through. Softer, brighter, refreshed… yet unmistakably her.

This is what true facial rejuvenation means to me:
Not changing who you are—but honoring it.
Not erasing time—but softening it.
Not chasing trends—but preserving identity, essence, and soul.

To every woman who wonders if it’s possible to have facial rejuvenation surgery and look refreshed, confident, and beautifully aligned with your identity —this is it.

Lovely S., thank you for trusting me with your journey. It is a privilege I never take lightly. And as you continue to heal, we’ll be right here with you every step of the way. We can’t wait to see you in person soon✨

A face is not something to “tighten.” It’s something to understand individually.

Every facial rejuvenation surgery I perform begins with a careful study of structure—bone, muscles, fat compartments, symmetry, and the evaluation of the skin quality..

My goal is never to create a different face, but to restore harmony where it has quietly or dramatically shifted.

Tailoring tissues to restore their youthful shape and improving the skin quality work synergistically to create beautiful results. ✨
