Self-Care: Skincare Edition

Our last focus for the month is on the largest organ of the body…our skin! What we put in our bodies has a lasting effect on our outward appearance, as does what we topically apply. Today we are making a body oil that nourishes, protects, and reflects just how fearfully and wonderfully we are made!

Self-Care: Lymphatic Drainage Edition

Today we focus outward for inner care. A Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized type of massage to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid around the body. I had the privilege of receiving this service from Elevation Wellness Spa located on St. Croix, USVI. If you’re in the area be sure to look them up, you won’t be disappointed!
