Dr. DiFrancesco is certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Services available from Dr. DiFrancesco include body contouring, Botox, breast augmentation, reconstruction or reduction, buttocks lifts and, burn reconstruction, cheek implants, chin surgery, nose surgery, facelifts, calf implants, cleft lip and palate repair and many other types of plastic surgery. If you are uncomfortable with your appearance, a consultation with Dr. DiFrancesco may help you discover many different ways to address your concerns. For skin treatments, Dr. DiFrancesco offers many non surgical medical spa services. These include chemical peels, fillers, hair removal and vein treatments. You will also receive a skin evaluation which uses an ultraviolet light to highlight any areas of damage. This will help you to see the most visible results of your treatments. Dr. DiFrancesco works with several different hospitals to provide the utmost in convenience for patients. All procedures requiring anesthesia are performed at one of these hospitals for safety. If you would like to find out what Dr. DiFrancesco can do to help with your cosmetic or reconstructive surgery needs, you can schedule a consultation. Prices cannot be provided without a consultation as each patient’s case is very unique. You should allow about two hours for your first visit.

Sarah Dagher, PA-C is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant who is thrilled to be joining the DiFrancesco Plastic Surgery team. Born and raised in the Peach State, Sarah is excited to care for the Atlanta community she has always called home.

Before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, Sarah worked as a Burn Surgery PA at one of the nation’s busiest burn centers, where she developed extensive experience in complex wound care and patient recovery. She loves combining that medical expertise with the creativity and artistry of aesthetics, helping patients look and feel their very best.

Sarah is passionate about building genuine connections with her patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone she meets. She believes confidence is one of the best accessories a person can wear and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals while feeling comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

When she’s not in the office, Sarah can be found spending time with her husband and daughter, belting out Broadway show tunes, or experimenting with her latest homemade sourdough creation.
