WHAT NONDAIRY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
PROS & CONS:
✔ SOY MILK: So far good in proteins.
✔ ALMOND MILK: Downside is low in protein and has phytic acid that hinders the absorption of iron, calcium and zinc.
✔ COCONUT MILK: Little to no protein. High in medium chain triglycerides (MCT), good for reducing blood cholesterol.
