Most people in Atlanta have never heard of this therapy.

It removes inflammation from your blood, recalibrates your immune system, and supercharges your cells with oxygen, all in a single 60–90 minute session.

It’s called EBOO, and FIT9 is one of the only places offering it in the Southeast.

Your blood passes through an external circuit, is infused with oxygen and ozone, then returned to your body continuously throughout the session. Provider-supervised. RN-administered. Zero downtime.

Most patients describe it as completely relaxing.

This is the therapy elite longevity clinics have been using for years. Now it’s in Atlanta.

This is what comprehensive looks like.

Most centers give you one piece of the puzzle. A gym. A med spa. A doctor running the same basic labs. FIT9 was built differently.

Atlanta’s only end-to-end longevity and performance center, where personalized medicine, advanced diagnostics, and clinical recovery work together under one roof.

✦ Peptide Therapy
✦ Hormone Optimization (BHRT)
✦ EBOO & Therapeutic Plasma Exchange
✦ IV Therapy & NAD+
✦ Advanced Diagnostics

✦Recovery Modalities

✦Functional Fitness

This is what it looks like when all of it works together.

In-person in Atlanta. Available nationwide via telemedicine.

Anti-aging is ending.

Not because people stopped caring about how they look, but because they started caring about how they function.

The shift is real. Adults over 40 are no longer asking how to reverse the clock. They’re asking how to stay strong, sharp, and in control for as long as possible.

That’s a fundamentally different question. And it demands a fundamentally different answer.

At FIT9, we built Atlanta’s only end-to-end longevity center around exactly that question.

Strength. Peptide therapy and functional fitness that preserves lean muscle and protects healthspan.
Hormones. Precision BHRT that addresses the root cause, not the symptoms.
Blood health. EBOO therapy to reduce systemic inflammation at the cellular level.
Recovery. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and red light, used as medicine.
Diagnostics. Advanced biomarker testing that tells you what your standard labs won’t.

Five markers. One center. Zero guesswork.

Most people think hormone issues start with estrogen.

In reality, the shift often starts earlier.

Cortisol is the body’s primary stress hormone. When stress is high, the body prioritizes producing cortisol over other hormones. Progesterone and cortisol share the same building blocks, so as cortisol demand increases, progesterone is often the first to be affected.

This is where early symptoms begin.

Sleep feels off.
Cycles change.
Anxiety increases.
Recovery isn’t the same.

At this stage, estrogen levels may still look “normal” on labs. But without enough progesterone to balance it, the system starts to feel dysregulated.

Over time, if stress remains high and recovery stays low, this can progress into broader hormone imbalances.

At FIT9, hormones are never looked at in isolation. Stress, sleep, metabolism, and overall system function all play a role in how your body regulates.

If you’ve been told your hormones are “fine” but something feels off, it may be time to look deeper. Book your consult through the link in bio.

Peptides are often talked about as one category.

In reality, they’re a wide range of signaling molecules, each with a specific role in how the body functions.

Some influence metabolism and energy use.
Some support muscle growth and recovery.
Others focus on repair, inflammation, gut health, immune response, or cognitive function.

The difference comes down to selection and timing.

Using the right peptide for the right system, based on what your body is actually showing, is what drives results. Not just adding more.

At FIT9, peptides are never used in isolation. They’re part of a structured plan built around your data, your symptoms, and your long-term goals.

If you’ve been curious about where peptides fit into your health plan, we’ll help you understand what makes sense for you. Book your consult through the link in bio.

Most people approach skin from the outside in.

Topicals, treatments, devices. Those all have a place, but they’re working on the surface of a deeper process.

Skin quality is influenced by how well your body repairs, how much inflammation is present, and how efficiently your cells produce energy.

This is where internal support changes the conversation.

GHK-Cu is associated with collagen signaling and tissue remodeling.
BPC-157 supports repair and inflammatory balance.
NAD+ plays a role in cellular energy and regeneration.

When those systems are functioning more efficiently, it tends to show.

At FIT9, aesthetics are approached through both internal and external strategies. The goal is to support how your body produces results, not just create them temporarily.

If you’re looking at skin from a long-term perspective, it may be time to look deeper. Book your consult through the link in bio.
