💙 One call can make a difference.

When someone reaches out to the NAMI Georgia HelpLine, they're often looking for answers, resources, and reassurance during a difficult time.

Since May, our HelpLine has responded to 618 requests for help, connecting Georgians with mental health services, housing resources, support groups, and more.

And for just $23, you can help cover the cost of one HelpLine call.

Your gift helps ensure that when someone reaches out, there's a compassionate, trained specialist ready to listen and help them find their next steps.

💛 Every call matters. Every gift makes a difference.

This week, NAMI Georgia’s Advocacy & Awareness Manager, Nina Sivaji, attended the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) 2026 Behavioral Health Symposium at Lake Lanier.

NAMI Georgia was honored to join advocates, providers, and community partners from across Georgia to learn, collaborate, and build connections. The symposium showcased the collective commitment to improving mental health access across our state.

Thank you to the DBHDD team and Commissioner Kevin Tanner for bringing Georgia’s behavioral health community together for an informative and inspiring week. We’re also grateful to the many speakers who shared their powerful stories, expertise, and insights, helping strengthen our collective efforts to advocate for mental health across Georgia.

A special shoutout to some of the incredible leaders and advocates we had the opportunity to connect with during the symposium!
