Sometimes rebuilding your core looks a lot less glamorous than you think 😂

From a busy mom of 2, business owner, and pelvic floor PT… this is sometimes what rebuilding my own pelvic floor and core strength looks like.

It’s squeezing movement in where I can. A few exercises between everything else. Choosing consistency over the “perfect” workout.

Because postpartum recovery doesn’t require hours in the gym. It starts with rebuilding a strong foundation so your body can handle the things you actually want and need to do.

Strengthening your core and pelvic floor postpartum can help you feel more supported with lifting your kids, carrying car seats, getting back to running or workouts, and moving through everyday life with more confidence.

And the goal isn’t just to “get your body back.” It’s to build strength, coordination, and resilience for the body you’re living in now. 🤍

At ATL Pelvic Health, our Postpartum Program is designed to meet you where you are and progressively rebuild that foundation so you can return to the movement you love without guessing what your body is ready for.

Because even pelvic floor PTs have to find time to do their exercises between work, kids, and real life. 😅

Back-to-school season is here… but taking care of YOU deserves a spot on the calendar too. 🍂🤍

We’re kicking off fall with FREE 15-minute C-section scar screens at ATL Pelvic Health!

Whether your C-section was a few months ago or a few years ago, your scar can impact more than just the skin. Scar tissue and restrictions can affect how your core and pelvic floor function and may contribute to pulling, tightness, sensitivity, hip discomfort, or low back pain.

During your free screen, we’ll:
✨ Check your scar visually and hands-on
✨ Assess scar mobility and talk about what’s normal vs. restricted
✨ Show you ways to safely massage and mobilize your scar
✨ Discuss how your scar may be impacting your core, pelvic floor, hips, and low back
✨ Help you understand when pelvic floor therapy may be beneficial

📅 September 7th–October 2nd
⏰ 15 minutes + completely FREE

You’ve spent the summer taking care of everyone else. Consider this your reminder to put yourself back on the list.

Spots are limited! Comment “SCAR” below or send us a DM and we’ll help you schedule your free screen.

We’re so excited to officially welcome Ami to the ATL Pelvic Health team! 🥳🙌🏼✨

Ami’s passion for pelvic health started early, growing up in a family of women’s health practitioners and seeing firsthand how much better women’s healthcare can and should be.

Her approach to treatment fits right in with what we believe here at ATL Pelvic Health: pelvic health is never just about the pelvic floor. Ami combines pelvic floor rehabilitation with orthopedic physical therapy, strength and conditioning, Pilates, manual therapy, and individualized movement to help her patients feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.

Ami has extensive experience treating dancers and performing artists, including performers from Broadway productions like Wicked, Hamilton, and The Lion King, as well as dancers from Atlanta Ballet, Alvin Ailey II, Martha Graham Dance Company, and more.

Her special interests include working with female athletes and performing artists and helping women safely return to exercise and performance after injury.

Most importantly, Ami is passionate about creating a space where her patients feel heard, safe, and truly understood.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can probably find her traveling, dancing, hanging out with her family and dogs, or with a cold brew or doppio espresso in hand. ☕️

Help us give Ami a big ATL Pelvic Health welcome in the comments!
