Healing Hands Reiki & Spiritual Development Inc. provides the following:

Reiki energy treatments and attunements
Hands-on Reiki practice through Reiki share groups
Informative Reiki workshops & classes to those in the medical field, and to groups of individuals and caregivers experiencing illness, disability, or trauma
Certificate of instructional Reiki training
Yoga, meditation, and other conscious living classes for self-awareness and life improvement
Spiritual support facilitated by ordained ministers serving all religious faiths
Spiritual products and tools


Through our classes and community outreach programs, we teach and support Reiki, as a complementary holistic practice that facilitates health, well-being, balance, and harmonious living. The Reiki self-treatment and Reiki treatment of others supports individuals in establishing and maintaining a state of well-being through holistic practices, and through recognizing the connection of Mind, Body, Emotion and Spirit. Attention is focused on the importance of balance and alignment within the human energy system, the effectiveness of living life consciously, and the influence of Natural Laws.

🙌🏾 Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 2 Training on Saturday, September 19th from 2-9pm.

This class teaches therapeutic touch techniques to reduce stress, to balance energy, and to promote healing for self and others on a DISTANT level, and techniques for protection and cleansing. To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I, and provide a copy of their lineage and certificate, upon registration.

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques.

Students will be required to pass a quiz over the Reiki symbols and will receive the Level II placements (attunements), a certificate, a manual, class notes, and guided practice. The workshops are fun, very casual and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds.

A 4-hour, hands-on Spiritual Hygiene immersive for Healers, designed to help you strengthen your spiritual foundation through cleansing, protection, and self-sovereignty practices rooted in ancestral and holistic traditions.

What You’ll Learn:

💥 NEW CLASS ALERT: HATHA YOGA MONDAYS 6-8PM

This class will provide slower paced Hatha-inspired sequences, with a focus on asana, pranayama, and meditation. Whether you are new to the mat or a seasoned yoga practitioner, this weekly session will leave you feeling balanced with a sense of strength and relaxation.

Hatha yoga serves as the foundational style for many modern forms of yoga, such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga. A typical class lasts 45 to 90 minutes and is generally slower-paced and more static than Vinyasa flow, making it highly accessible for beginners while still offering deep physical challenges.

Hatha classes involve holding individual physical poses for several breaths, focusing on proper alignment and mindful transitions. Intentional breathing is used to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and direct vital life force (prana) throughout the body. By harmonizing the body and mind, the ultimate aim is to create a steady, comfortable physical foundation suited for deep meditation.

🙌🏾 Reiki Share July 25th from 3:30-5:30pm.

‼️All Reiki practitioners are welcomed. All lineages and levels.

Reiki share, also known as Reiki circle or exchange, is a gathering of like-minded Reiki practitioners who participate in group healing treatments on each other. Reiki share is an opportunity for former students and members of the community who have studied Reiki at level One or up to get together and work with the healing energies as a group. It is also open to those who are interested in becoming Reiki Practitioners. Students practice grounding, meditation, scanning energy, protection, healing techniques, and intuitive reading. The main purpose for the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy, and devotion. Feel free to bring your Reiki/Massage table, if you have one.

Dear Give Back Yoga Foundation Yoga Mat Grant Committee and Gaiam Team,

On behalf of Healing Hands Reiki & Spiritual Development Inc., we extend our deepest gratitude for selecting our organization as a recipient of the Give Back Yoga Foundation Yoga Mat Grant. We are truly honored to receive this generous award of 24 yoga mats, made possible through your partnership with Gaiam.

Your investment in our organization is an investment in the health and well-being of the diverse communities we serve throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. These yoga mats represent much more than equipment—they are a pathway to healing, accessibility, and opportunity. By eliminating one of the most common barriers to participation, this grant ensures that individuals who do not own yoga equipment can fully engage in our wellness programming with dignity and comfort.

The addition of these 24 yoga mats will significantly increase accessibility for participants in our yoga, Reiki-infused yoga, meditation, and sound bath classes, particularly for individuals from low-income and underserved communities. Many of our participants face financial challenges that make purchasing personal yoga equipment difficult. Because of your generosity, they will now have access to a safe, welcoming, and fully equipped environment where they can focus on restoring their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This grant will also enable us to expand participation in our community wellness programs by increasing class capacity and allowing us to serve more veterans, first responders, caregivers, families, youth, and communities of color. We anticipate increased attendance and sustained engagement as participants experience a more accessible and inclusive environment where healing practices are available regardless of economic circumstances.

We are especially grateful to Gaiam for providing high-quality yoga mats that will support our mission for years to come.
