Our team is dedicated to providing quality care with a focus on the whole person. Our services are tailored to meet your specific needs by developing a unique treatment plan through the use of evaluation and personalized interventions. My Theoretical focus combines skills training with use of CBT and expressive therapies. We welcome children diagnosed with Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, ODD, CD, Bi-Polar Disorder and Depression. We also welcome adolescents and adults for individual therapy, as well as couples and families. Through support and guidance, we offer a place for individuals and families who have experienced issues such as divorce, illness, depression, anxiety, abuse, and death. We strive to assist our clients with clarifying and understanding their views of themselves, and to learn ways to reach their self-determined goals through meaningful, well-informed choices and through resolution of problems of an emotional or interpersonal nature.

A lot of coping mechanisms start as survival strategies.

You do what you need to do
to make it through the moment.

But sometimes those patterns stay long after the stress does.

Awareness is where healing starts.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If this resonates, we’re here when you’re ready. 🤍

Some feelings don’t disappear just because you stop talking about them.

Sometimes they stay quiet instead.

Take a moment with yourself today.
No pressure. Just honesty.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If this resonates, we’re here when you’re ready. 🤍

You can care about someone deeply
and still recognize the relationship hurt you.

Both things can be true.

Missing them doesn’t mean you made the wrong decision.
And choosing yourself doesn’t make you cold.

Healing can feel complicated like that.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If this resonates, we’re here when you’re ready. 🤍

You keep saying you’ll get to it later.
Later feels easier than now.

But even simple things feel heavier lately.

Answering texts.
Making decisions.
Finding motivation for things you normally care about.

Sometimes exhaustion doesn’t look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks quiet.

Like shutting down just to make it through the day.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

If this resonates, we’re here when you’re ready. 🤍

Sometimes your mind has been carrying so much
that even small things start to feel overwhelming.

You deserve rest that goes deeper than just sleep.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

We often tell ourselves that we have to keep showing up no matter what. If we listen closely, we will understand that our nervous system was taught to keep going because sometimes stopping feels like failure. I have learned to stop and listen from a place of awareness and knowledge. Check out my story in my newsletter.

I did. Here’s what the crash taught me.

People-pleasing isn’t just a personality trait, it’s often something you learned to stay safe, connected, or accepted.

But over time, it can leave you feeling drained and disconnected from yourself.

Awareness is where it starts.

Anxiety can feel overwhelming in the moment.

But small steps can help bring you back to yourself.

Save this for when you need it. 🤍

You don’t have to wait until things get worse.

Sometimes it’s not overwhelming feelings.
It’s the absence of them.

Numbness can be your mind’s way of protecting you.

But staying there too long can feel just as heavy.

You’re not broken.
And you’re not the only one who feels this way.

If you’re ready to start feeling again, slowly, safely, we’re here. 🤍
