I LOVE this! It so succinctly describes my transition from studio teaching for over 10 years, to beginning a private practice over a year ago. Private sessions are ideal for addressing specific needs with a more therapeutic approach. In the course of the year I have helped clients:
Shed pounds
Gain muscle
Heal injuries
Find mental clarity
Breathe effectively
Sleep better
Etc. Ect. Ect.

I find it so rewarding to help people see real results and make real progress. I have the best job in the world ☮️💟🕉
