Using my body and 10 pound weights makes this an easy and fun workout.

Adding different positions with toe lift, knee raises, knee kicks engaging the core for a full body workout.

Try 3 sets and 10 reps for each position. Short workouts for results with consistency.

I chose the way I Vibe.

Millions of people are turning 65 this year.

Welcome to PEAK 65!

If you’re one of them, congratulations! Turning 65 is a milestone worth celebrating.

I remember when I turned 65 ten years ago. Along with all the birthday wishes came something I wasn’t expecting—trying to figure out Medicare and my healthcare options. Honestly, it felt overwhelming, especially because I was making those decisions on my own.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so happy to be a sponsored partner with ArchWell Health, a primary care provider for adults 60+ as part of the More Life Ahead campaign.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I’m passionate about helping older adults stay active, healthy, and excited about this stage of life. That’s why this campaign means so much to me.

Getting older doesn’t mean life gets smaller. In many ways, it gets richer. There are still goals to reach, people to love, places to explore, and new experiences waiting for us. Good health helps make all of that possible.

So I’d love to ask you…

What has life after 65 taught you? And if you’re not there yet, what are you most looking forward to?

Let’s encourage each other in the comments because I truly believe there is More Life Ahead.

All opinions are my own.

If I can do this at 75, you can do something at any age. Just start to move. Mobility rules.

There’s healing in the water.

On the plane ride home, my mind was on thoughts of sitting in the pool, feeling the warmth of the water and a total relaxation of mind, body and soul.

I didn’t know how much I needed this until I entered the water. I was refreshed mind, both and soul. A soul refresher.

Make it a point to find time for you this weekend.

I woke up this morning with the expectation, this is my best day yet.

I see this week as your best week yet. Be the best you can be.

Taking deep breaths is your time to pause and relax.

Whether you’re a mental health professional or caregiver, breathing exercises can significantly relieve stress and tension for those caring for someone with a mental illness.
Practicing deep breathing acts as a manual override for your nervous system, signaling your brain to shift from a stressed state to a relaxed one. Even small self-care strategies can help reduce stress and allow you to respond rather than react.

Take a deep breath now and let yourself slow down.

Are you or someone you know experiencing mental health challenges?

I declare this is my “Winning Season.”

The road is not always easy, but I remain committed to the process and embrace the path God has for me.

The Winning Path.
