From an esthetician to an educator stand point, the first appointment should never be just a facial.

It’s your opportunity to understand your client’s current routine, identify what’s helping or hurting their skin, and educate them every step of the way.

I don’t believe in applying products without explaining why I’m using them. Every cleanser, serum, mask, and moisturizer has a purpose, and my clients deserve to know how each one supports their skin goals.

Education isn’t an extra, it’s part of the service.

An informed client is more consistent, more confident, and far more likely to see lasting results because they know what to continue doing once they leave the treatment room.

Treat the skin. Teach the client. That’s where real transformation happens.
