🥩🍄 Beef Stroganoff
Tender beef, rich creamy sauce, mushrooms, and savory flavor served over noodles… this classic comfort dish is warm, hearty, and absolutely delicious! 💜✨
Ingredients:
• 1½ lbs beef sirloin, sliced thin
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, sliced
• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup sour cream
• Egg noodles or rice
• Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
2. Season beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Sear beef in hot skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic until tender.
5. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
6. Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
7. Simmer until sauce thickens.
8. Return beef to skillet and stir in sour cream.
9. Cook 2–3 minutes on low heat.
10. Serve over noodles or rice. 🍽️✨
