FHCGA is NCQA Recognized Level 3 and accredited by The Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home. FHCGA has been providing comprehensive primary healthcare services since 1975.

We had an incredible time hosting our Storytime “Champions Read” Event 📚

From engaging storytime moments to meaningful community connections, this was truly a day centered around literacy, impact, and joy.

A special thank you to the wonderful children and teachers from KIDazzle Child Care for bringing such amazing energy to the day.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Malcolm Mitchell, Georgia Reads Coach, for taking the time to read and inspire our young readers, along with additional guest readers Breanna McDaniel, PhD and Theresa Jacobs, MD, who helped make this experience so impactful.

We are also grateful for our valued partnership with Georgia Reads, the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, Share the Magic Foundation, and the Reach Out & Read Georgia team for their continued commitment to literacy and community engagement.

To our dedicated FHCGA staff, volunteers, and executive leadership team, thank you for your coordination, hospitality, and commitment in bringing this vision to life.

We join our community in honoring the life and legacy of Rep. David Scott.

Congressman Scott was a dedicated champion for health equity and access to care. His longstanding support of FHCGA reflected his deep commitment to the well-being of the communities we serve.

We are especially grateful for his partnership during one of our most critical moments, as he helped host one of our largest COVID-19 testing events in Clayton County, ensuring families had access to the care and resources they needed during an unprecedented time.

His leadership, compassion, and unwavering service will not be forgotten.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, staff, and all who were impacted by his remarkable life.
