Path to Motherhood

Path to Motherhood Helping women to develop the joy and art of rediscovering their natural birthing instinct with pregnancy yoga and relaxation techniques.

Our goal is to educate mothers and birth companions through training in a very simple program of self-hypnosis, pregnancy yoga, guided imagery, visualization, and special breathing, thus helping moms bring their babies into the world in the calm and gentle way.

Keeping mothers and babies together could save lives. It is the critical importance that newborn babies have close contact with parents after birth, especially for those born too small (at low birthweight) or too soon (preterm). However, in many countries, if COVID-19 infections are confirmed or suspected, newborn babies are being routinely separated from their mothers, putting them at higher risk of death and lifelong health complications.

Does your child use a lot of negative self-talk, saying things like “I’m dumb”? Find out what it can mean if kids constantly say mean things about themselves.
