Description: Our client will be arriving home from rehab on September 7th and will need help with all of her ADL's. She has recently suffered a stroke and is wheelchair bounded. Caregiver will need to be helpful in assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, companionship, and meal prep. Family will keep her on one floor with a bedside commode. Clearview Home Care is looking for an exceptionally talented CNA/HHA to join its growing team!

Start date: Monday (August 31st)
Location: Acworth, Ga
Days/Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 3pm) 6 hours per day
Total hours: 24 hours per week

Our female client is 93 years of age! She is in excellent condition and uses a walker to get around. Caregiver will need to help her with most of her ADL’s such as assisting with showering, bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, light laundry, and assistance with meal prep if need be. She is currently on oxygen. She enjoys great companionship and is looking for a wonderful Caregiver to help her permanently. Caregiver must have a working vehicle. Meet our RN Juanita and client Mr. Quddos who we are currently servicing for 4-hours a day (Monday - Friday)!

Mr. Quddos lives with his daughter who is a Physician. She is busy saving/helping other peoples lives and needed us to step in to help her father!

Mr. Quddos is incontinent and is a fall risk. He currently ambulates with his walker however we help jump-start his day assisting him out of bed and ensuring he is safe while taking a shower. Our Caregiver is there every step of the way from light housekeeping to dressing. Due to Mr. Quddos mobility issues, we are monitoring his mobility as he ambulates throughout the house and walks outside. We are grateful to be helping this wonderful and loving family in the Marietta, Ga area :).

Meet Sylvia who is 83 years of age! She suffers from Dementia/Alzheimers and cannot be left alone. We take care of Sylvia for 4-Hours a day making sure she has her meals, reminding her of medications, and ensuring she does not fall, as she is a fall-risk.

This past Labor Day Weekend Sylvia spent it with her Caregivers by coloring in her book, sitting on the porch enjoying the beautiful weather, and conversing about the wonderful career she had as a labor delivery assistant in the hospital. Syliva is full of energy and we are lucky to have her as one of our clients!
