Ready for a quick reality check? Wearing contact lenses is a total game-changer, but skipping out on proper care can turn a clear day into a blurry, irritated mess. Your eyes work hard—it's time to show them some love!

Here is your quick 3-step cheat sheet for happy, healthy eyes:

🧼 CLEAN: Always, always wash your hands with soap and water before touching your lenses. Rub and rinse your contacts with fresh solution—never tap water (trust us on this one).

🧪 STORE: Dump the old solution! Always use fresh, sterile contact lens solution in your case every single night.

⏰ REPLACE: Cases should be swapped out every 3 months, and your lenses should be tossed exactly when their schedule says so (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly). No stretching their lifespan!
