Why does my back pain keep coming back?

It’s a question I hear all the time.

Pain often improves before the underlying stiffness, weakness or movement problem that contributed to it has fully resolved. You start feeling better, go back to normal life—and eventually it gets irritated again.

That’s one reason I often recommend a combination of chiropractic care and exercise rather than simply treating an area until it stops hurting.

Surfside Chiropractic will be closed Monday and Tuesday (July 27 & 28) while I take a quick surf trip to Costa Rica.

We'll be back in the office with regular hours on Wednesday, ready to get you feeling your best.

Office Hours Update

Just a quick heads-up!

Today (Thursday): We'll be closing early at 3:30 PM.

Monday: Our office will be closed for the day.

If you've been thinking about getting adjusted, be sure to stop by before 3:30 today or plan to see us when we reopen on Tuesday.

We have a short week this week. We will be open regular hours Monday and Tuesday, and will be working a half day on Wednesday before closing for Xmas and the following week.
