It was Homecoming week for the Chargers! 🖤💛🏈 Saturday my mom and I went to the Anita Fall Fest to see all of the great vendors, went and rode with Jared in the combine 🌽 and him and I had a date night last night. Today we were all over the place! Ari had a football game and Lexie had a volleyball tournament. Tonight we celebrated Addie’s birthday at home since we were all able to be together 🥳🤗

Jared and I (and our fur babies) got our last weekend of camping in before harvest starts. He finally used the fish koozie I bought at the beginning of summer 🤣 Lexie had her first volleyball tournament and they did awesome!! 🏐 My grandma had her birthday Saturday 🥳 Sunday was Ari’s first football flag game and they won 🏈 Lastly, Naomi turned 8 months yesterday so she needed a new kennel this week that the kids had to try out with her 🐶🤗

We celebrated my mom’s birthday this weekend 🥳 Just her and I went shopping Saturday after Valia and Lexie danced in Guthrie Center. Sunday I made cupcakes and we had some adult time on the boat. It was windy, super busy on the lake and Jared wanted me to drive (for the first time) so he could ride on the tube with Blake…..needless to say they got flipped off the tube and I wasn’t asked to drive again 🤪🤣 Saturday night we celebrated my mom’s birthday at my brother’s house. Yesterday we took the kids out on the boat and did a bit of floating 😌 It was very relaxing!

Friday night I had a date with my mom getting our nails done, errands and supper. Saturday our friends came to visit so we spent the afternoon on the boat and Saturday night attended a benefit that I thought had a marvelous turnout!! 🤩 Yesterday we had to say our goodbyes to our friends and Valia had a dance workshop in Waukee 💃🏻 In our books, it was a fairly relaxing weekend 😎
