With the summer heat in full swing, don’t forget to drink plenty of water—even before you feel thirsty!

⚠️ Know the signs of heat stroke:
• High body temperature
• Confusion
• Dizziness or fainting
• Severe headache
• Nausea or vomiting

🚨 Heat stroke is a medical emergency. If you or someone else shows these signs, call 911 immediately.

Take breaks in the shade, wear light clothing, and keep that water bottle close. Your health is worth it! ❤️

Carrus Care Clinic of Atoka will not have a Provider available to see patients June 22-26. If you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and have them send us a refill request; we will have a nurse available to process routine medication refills. Dr. Yarbrough is currently unavailable at the clinic until further notice. We will provide updates as necessary. A provider will be available for medication refills and referrals. Our office will remain open and continue to schedule appointments. However, we will not be scheduling pellet or alternative medicine appointments during Dr. Yarbrough's absence. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery and recovery. To schedule an appointment, please call 580-364-8205. We would like to inform our patients that Dr. Yarbrough will be temporarily absent from the clinic from May 19th to June 19th due to surgery and recovery. His tentative return date is June 22nd. We will continue to schedule appointments and will have a provider available to see patients Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 580-364-8205.
