Three years ago today, we opened the doors of Carrus Care McKinney with one important mission: to provide compassionate behavioral health care for children and adolescents in our community.

Important information for all SoonerCare patients!
Beginning January 2027 some members ages 19-64 will be required to work, attend school or help in their community in order to keep SoonerCare medical benefits.

We will return Friday morning at 8:30am. If you need a refill please have your pharmacy send a refill request.

With the summer heat in full swing, don’t forget to drink plenty of water—even before you feel thirsty!

⚠️ Know the signs of heat stroke:
• High body temperature
• Confusion
• Dizziness or fainting
• Severe headache
• Nausea or vomiting

🚨 Heat stroke is a medical emergency. If you or someone else shows these signs, call 911 immediately.

Take breaks in the shade, wear light clothing, and keep that water bottle close. Your health is worth it! ❤️

Carrus Care Clinic of Atoka will not have a Provider available to see patients June 22-26. If you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and have them send us a refill request; we will have a nurse available to process routine medication refills. If you need an appointment, please call the clinic at 580-364-8205. If we do not answer, please listen to the prompts and leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dr. Yarbrough is currently unavailable at the clinic until further notice. We will provide updates as necessary. A provider will be available for medication refills and referrals. Our office will remain open and continue to schedule appointments. However, we will not be scheduling pellet or alternative medicine appointments during Dr. Yarbrough's absence. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery and recovery. To schedule an appointment, please call 580-364-8205. We would like to inform our patients that Dr. Yarbrough will be temporarily absent from the clinic from May 19th to June 19th due to surgery and recovery. His tentative return date is June 22nd.
