Washington Behavior Specialists (WBS) is expanding! We are looking for passionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians at our Auburn and Puyallup clinics.

Why Join WBS?

1. Training Included: No prior CBT certification needed! We provide access to the required 40-hour online training to get you state-certified.

2. Consistent Schedules: Enjoy predictable Monday through Friday schedule.

3. Supportive Team: Ongoing supervision, mentorship, and career growth alongside experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements:

✔️ Must reside in Washington State with reliable transportation.

✔️ Passion for working 1:1 with children and youth (ages 2–16).

✔️ Willingness to complete state CBT credentials within 30 days of hire.

Starting ABA therapy can feel like a big step, but we're here to guide you through the process.

An ABA assessment helps our clinical team learn about your child's strengths, challenges, and unique needs so we can recommend the most appropriate treatment plan.

Here's what you can expect:

✅ Step 1: Insurance Authorization
We'll submit the necessary documentation to your insurance provider for review and authorization before therapy begins.

✅ Step 2: Initial Intake
We'll gather information about your child's medical history, developmental background, current concerns, and insurance benefits.

✅ Step 3: Clinical Assessment
One of our clinical supervisors will meet with your child and family to observe skills, discuss goals, and better understand your child's needs.

✅ Step 4: Individualized Treatment Recommendations
Based on the assessment, we'll develop recommendations tailored to your child's strengths and areas of need.

When you visit Washington Behavior Specialists, you'll have the opportunity to:

✨ See where your child may receive therapy in a welcoming, child-friendly environment

You're welcome to bring your child with you during the visit! We simply ask that children remain under a parent or guardian's supervision throughout the tour.
