If you've been following Lish Nutrition for a while, you know I love creating fun themes throughout the year—and Shark Week has become one of my absolute favorites💙

I've spent a lot of time putting together a menu that's inspired by one of the most iconic summer movies ever. From our Jaws-themed teas and shakes to our specialty buckets and tea kits, I hope you'll have as much fun trying them as I had creating them.

Whether you're a longtime customer or it's your first visit, this is the perfect week to stop in, try something new, and join in on the fun. Bring a friend, snap some photos, and let me know which special is your favorite!
