Christina first came to Healthbridge Global as a grant writer, volunteering her time and talent to help move the mission forward. 📝 Today, she serves as our Executive Assistant, helping support the people, projects, details, and relationships that keep the work moving behind the scenes.

Christina has a long-standing heart for people who are often overlooked, neglected, or abandoned. For the past two decades, she has mentored young women, advocated for the vulnerable, and walked alongside people in hard places with compassion and hope. 🤝

That same heart is part of what drew her to Healthbridge Global. She loves seeing local leaders equipped, communities cared for, and the hope of the gospel offered in practical, tangible ways. ✨

🌍 Reintroducing Cameron, one of our Partnership Liaisons!

Cameron brings a beautiful mix of healthcare knowledge, global missions passion, and fundraising vision to the Healthbridge Global team. ✨

Raised in Southern Alabama, Cameron is a recent graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a degree in Biomedical Sciences. After being accepted into medical school, Cameron sensed a compelling call to shift her focus toward fundraising for Christian nonprofit work.

Cameron and her husband have a deep passion for global missions, and she is thrilled to use her love for healthcare, outreach, and fundraising to help advance the mission of Healthbridge Global. 🤝

Cameron also created and launched our 100 Bridges Initiative, a campaign designed to awaken the untapped power of young people in the nonprofit world and ignite a movement of radical generosity for the Kingdom of God. 🔥

We are so grateful for Cameron’s faith, creativity, and bold vision for the next generation of generosity.

🌍 Reintroducing Pastor Paul Bagai, our Volunteer Missional Ambassador!

Paul has a special gift for building relationships, making connections, and encouraging others toward mission. He generously gives his time as a volunteer staff member with Healthbridge Global and we are so blessed by his wisdom, warmth, and a deep love for what God is doing through our partners around the world. Fun facts: Paul, the second youngest member of the Healthbridge team, has officiated scores of weddings and is a proud grandpa. 🙌

Born and raised in Northern California, Paul now lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, with his family and he serves as the Discipleship and Young Adult Pastor at First Baptist Knoxville and has spent the past 20 years serving the local church in a variety of pastoral roles.🤝

Paul is passionate about both local and global mission work. He has led trips to Mexico, Nicaragua, and the Philippines, and loves seeing people experience physical and spiritual healing through the hope of the gospel.🙏

We are so grateful for Paul’s heart, generosity, and relational gift, and we are excited to see where God continues to lead.💙

This is a condensed look at our creative V.E.T. Net project, where young veterinarians are being trained, equipped, and discipled to serve herding communities with skill, compassion, and the hope of the gospel. 💙

In a country where livestock are deeply connected to daily life, animal health directly impacts families, livelihoods, and entire communities. That is why this work matters so much. 🐑

🌍 Reintroducing Melanie, our Partnership Liaison!

If you know Melanie, you know she brings warmth, prayer, encouragement, and deep care into every relationship she touches. She lives life as a worshipper, with a heart that is quick to praise God and quick to love people well. 🤝

Melanie is wife to Barry, mom to four grown children and their spouses, and she loves every minute of being a grandmother. 👶

Her passion for the Healthbridge mission is profoundly personal. Melanie walked through a difficult season of serious health challenges, and God met her through healing that touched body, soul, and spirit. He used doctors, discipleship, and supernatural healing, a beautiful reflection of the Healthbridge model we believe in so deeply. ✨

Today, Melanie carries that testimony into her work with our partners. She knows firsthand the beauty of healthcare and the hope of the gospel, and she is passionate about seeing others receive that same kind of whole-person care.🙌

We are so grateful for Melanie’s compassion, faith, and the way she helps strengthen the relationships at the heart of this work. 🙏

✨ Reintroducing Jon, our Founder and President!

If you know Healthbridge, you know this guy. 👋

In 2011, Jon and Becca founded Healthbridge Global with a clear vision: empowering indigenous healthcare leaders to care for the bodies and souls of their communities.

For years, Jon was not just the founder, he was the entire staff. He stewarded the mission, built relationships, prayed for you and for our projects, traveled to encourage partners, and helped lay the foundation for what Healthbridge Global is today. 💙

A few years ago, our team began to grow, but Jon’s heart for this work has remained the same: connecting the beauty of healthcare to the hope of the gospel.

We are deeply grateful for Jon’s leadership, dad jokes, faithfulness, and steady commitment to the mission God placed in front of him more than a decade ago.
