What type of massage is your preference?

A deep tissue massage uses slow, forceful strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This type of massage relieves chronic pain, breaks up scar tissue from injuries, improves joint mobility, and reduces stress by lowering cortisol and increasing endorphins - feelings of overall well being.

My sessions include use of hot towels and/or hot stones as needed to maximize results.
