Update: All booked

A few openings this month. 90 minutes but if no one wants those I could do an hour as well.

Comment/message or text and I'll try my best to check back in a bit to see who they will go to.

I'm putting my phone down to start supper ❤️

A bit late but I just wanted to say congratulations to all the adults and youth who poured so much time and energy into the Audubon County Fair this year.

It was a hot, crazy, busy week with a lot of bumps in the road, but we came out strong.... hot, tired, but full. 🫶🏻

It was a great week.

Rest up!

T-Bone is right around the corner 😜

Update: All Taken!

I spent today sifting through my schedule trying to pull out any free time for y'all 💘🥺

My client list is kind of a hot mess right now and I've somewhat lost track of who is still wanting in and what days or times work for everyone. So I'm going to post a few spots here in the hopes it reaches the right people. 🙏🏻 Possibly open up more times as we go.

We have a full week of VBS, then a BIG week of fair, then theater camp going into T-Bone.

Send coffee.

And the 2026 winner of the best massage upgrade is.....

Cupping! 🎉

I definitely knew it would be a popular choice but wasn't quite sure if I thought it would make it to the end!

Have you had cupping done? What did you think? Should it have won?

I also wanted to do a little fun giveaway to say thank you for everyone who voted- the engagement keeps me relevant online, even when my schedule is so wonky right now!

So congrats Jessica Rohe who was pulled from a random number generator (every vote was an entry) and Courtney Olesen who voted the most! Both you ladies get first chance at my May openings, and can pick an upgrade to try for free!

This may happen again... sometime... randomly.... 😜🥰

It's time for the FINAL ROUND!

Another surprising upset brings the infared body wrap out to the championship round (did not see that coming!)

Does this underdog have what it takes to go against a popular favorite? Or will this be a slam dunk for cupping?

Vote now! 👇🏼 I will post the winner on Monday with a surprise!

VOTING CLOSED. LAST ROUND:

Not gonna lie, I'm a little shocked but cupping got the W!

Now for our last round before the finals... two very different therapies...

Halotherapy vs an Infared body wrap..

Only one can continue on.

Final Four!

We all knew it would end up between hot stones and cupping, no? 😅

Both are my complimentary upgrades (no nickle and diming here), both help relax tight tissues, both feel amazing.

Yet only one can stay.

Who are you choosing?

(I have 500+ followers, can we please get more than ten votes? Pretty please? Like/comment/share??)

VOTING CLOSED. NEXT ROUND: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BxJrPcUJf/

It's unanimous - cupping is the winner of the last round. 🥰

One more vote left and we will have our final four!

This last round are our two underdogs, the quiet oft-overlooked treatments that can be a pleasant surprise. So will it be...

The INFARED BODY WRAP, a cocoon of deep penetrating heat to relax and restore, or...

The STEAM EYE MASK, to soothe headaches and indulge tired eyes

Voting starts now ❤️

VOTING CLOSED. NEXT ROUND HERE: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CPrMR3Ky5/

It was a CLOSE call but between the comments and reactions, HALOTHERAPY squeaked by for the win!

Round Three: Cupping vs Dry Brushing!

Both work on boosting blood flow...
. but cupping helps loosen up those tight muscles and sticky fascia
..while dry brushing gets that lymph moving for reduced swelling and detox (and some exfoliation too!)

Which one deserves to stay? 👊🏻
