Azalea Health Center by Harborview is conveniently located to Select Specialty and Walton Rehabilitation Hospitals. We also accept referrals from Augusta University hospital and Piedmont Hospital. Working closely with Charlie Norwood Veterans Administration Hospital, we are proud to care for those who served our country in the United States military.

💪 Serving up smiles and getting our bodies moving! Our residents had a great time playing volleyball and getting plenty of exercise along the way. From reaching and tossing to cheering each other on, it was a fun way to stay active, work on coordination, and enjoy some friendly competition. 🩵

🗼 Teamwork makes the tower work! Friends were eager to help each other during a fun game of Jenga! From carefully choosing each block to cheering each other on, it was a great afternoon of friendship, focus, and plenty of smiles. 🩵
