Today is a bittersweet day at Perkins Country Manor as we celebrate our sweet Henrietta returning HOME! 💙

Her inpatient rehab stay may have been short and sweet, but she worked hard and made wonderful gains in therapy! 💪🏼👏🏼 We are so proud of everything she accomplished during her time with us.

Henrietta’s sweet smile and kind spirit quickly captured the hearts of our staff, and although we will certainly miss this precious soul, we couldn’t be happier to see her return home where she belongs — with her family! ❤️🏡

Congratulations, Henrietta! Thank you for allowing the Perkins Country Manor Therapy Team to be a small part of your journey. Keep shining and enjoying life back at home! 🌷

🏡❤️ Congratulations, Pat! ❤️🏡

Today we celebrate an incredible accomplishment! After a successful short-term rehabilitation stay at Perkins Country Manor, Pat has met all of her therapy goals and is officially headed home!
Pat was such a joy to have at our facility. Her positive attitude, determination, and hard work were an inspiration to everyone around her. She gave 100% in every therapy session, stayed focused on her goals, and the results speak for themselves!
We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and are honored to have been part of her journey. Thank you to our amazing Therapy Team and Nursing staff for providing the encouragement, compassion, and expert care that helped make this milestone possible.

Today is a day full of celebration at Perkins Country Manor!
Please join us in congratulating Lois on all of her hard work and determination during her rehabilitation journey. Through her strength, perseverance, and positive attitude, Lois has reached her goal of returning home to continue her therapy as an outpatient. We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and know she will continue to make great progress!

✨ A Special Thank You to Pure Bliss Salon!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of taking our resident, Lyndsey, to Pure Bliss Salon for a much-deserved salon day, and the experience was absolutely wonderful!
A huge thank you to Maggie and Becky for their incredible kindness, patience, and compassion. From the moment we entered the building they made Lyndsey feel welcomed, valued, and beautiful. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and perfect for making her day extra special.
Lyndsey had an amazing salon day and left feeling refreshed, pampered, and smiling from ear to ear. Experiences like this mean so much, and we are truly grateful for the care and attention you showed her.
Thank you, Pure Bliss Salon, for helping create such a memorable day and for treating our resident with such love and dignity. We can’t wait to visit again! ❤️💇‍♀️✨

A huge thank you to the Bracken County Conservation District (especially Meghanne McClanahan for working hard to coordinate all the efforts) and Bracken County FFA for their generosity and hard work in helping create a beautiful outdoor space for our residents at Perkins Country Manor!
The Conservation District donated drainage rock, soil, and plants, while the talented students of Bracken County FFA built our raised garden beds. Thanks to their efforts, our residents will have the opportunity to enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and watching these beautiful plants grow all summer long.
We are incredibly grateful for community partners who invest their time, resources, and talents to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Thank you for helping us create something special that will be enjoyed for months to come!

Today we celebrate Mr. Sizemore as he completes his rehab journey at Perkins Country Manor and returns home with his wonderful wife! 🏡❤️
We are so proud of all the hard work, determination, and progress he made during his time with us. While he will truly be missed by our staff and Therapy Department, nothing makes us happier than seeing our residents achieve their goals and return home with the people they love most.
Thank you, Mr. Sizemore, for allowing us to be part of your journey. We wish you continued strength and happiness at home!
