She practices with an open mind and heart from an integrative approach that includes aspects of cognitive, behavioral, existential, mindfulness and other modalities to ensure optimal results as well as symptom and stress reduction for clients. Samantha prides herself in reducing depression, anxiety, stress, impulsivity, anger, and other problematic behaviors in addition to enhancing coping skills, communication, parenting abilities, and self-confidence! When not at work, Samantha loves spending time with her loved ones and her furry family. She is a staunch animal advocate and rescuer and currently has dogs, cats, and horses.
