Race week 🎯
Where you get the reward for months of hard work.
Here’s three tips from a performance psychologist to help your race:
1) Manage your emotions, control your nerves. 90% of psychology is preparation. Use our pre-event checklist tested and used by elite athletes. Comment “checklist”
2) Set your intention. Don’t just aim to finish, know why you are running. Maybe it’s for a PB, maybe it’s for charity. Purpose fuels resilience.
3) Ride the highs and lows. At times it may hurt - that’s normal. You may hit a wall but have a plan to prevent this. Breathe. Reset. Continue.
