With 31 years of experience in retail pharmacy, Susan brings extensive knowledge in retail pharmacy services, immunizations, and patient medication counseling. She is passionate about helping patients understand their medications and supporting them on their healthcare journey.

- Augusta: 8:30am-12:00pm
- Cabot: 8:00am-12:00pm
- Carlisle: 8:00am-12:00pm
- England: 8:00am-12:00pm
- Lonoke: 8:30am-12:00pm
- McCrory: 8:30am-12:00pm
- Paducah: 8:00am-12:00pm
- Searcy Central: 8:30am-12:00pm

We will resume regular operating hours on Monday, July 6. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

WELCOME RANDALL TO MOUNTAIN HOME
We’re excited to welcome Randall Fragoules, RPh, to our Arcare Pharmacy team in Mountain Home.

Randall is a staff pharmacist with 37 years of experience in retail pharmacy. He brings a strong background in community-based care and values the relationships built through working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals.

“I value the interactions with patients and working alongside our team members,” Randall said.

He chose Arcare because of its strong connection to the community and the opportunity to continue serving patients in a familiar setting.
