For many LGBTQIA+ youth, silence can come from fear…
fear of being judged, misunderstood, or not accepted for who they truly are.

Today, on the National Day of Silence, we honor those voices—
the ones spoken and unspoken. 🤍

We also create space for something powerful:
being seen, being heard, and feeling safe to exist fully.

Healing isn’t just about speaking up…
sometimes it’s about gently working through the fear, pain, or experiences that made silence feel safer in the first place.

Through supportive spaces—and practices like hypnotherapy—
people can begin to reconnect with their voice, their truth, and their sense of inner safety. ✨

Feeling lack of energy before and/or during exercise is usually the minds way of "protecting" you from the unfamiliar or keeping you from doing something that you repeatedly say that you hate doing.
Your mind is creating your reality based on how you speak to yourself & about yourself. If you find yourself saying things like, "I hate exercising. I hate sweating/ sweating is disgusting. My body hurts. This is torture. This is killing me. Etc...." You are giving your mind these instructions, this information and it jumps in to protect you as it was designed to do.
One way this protection can show up in your life, is you feeling lack of energy, exhausted, drained when it comes to exercise.
Begin telling yourself DAILY, even if it's not true yet, things like, "I love exercising, yes brain that is correct I really enjoy exercising! I love moving my body. I am so thankful that I have a healthy full functioning body that I can move and I can exercise. Every day I show up and I get better & better."
Watch what happens to your workouts after just 7 days of repeating this as often as you remember to all thru the day.
