Some people arenât silent by choice.
For many LGBTQIA+ youth, silence can come from fearâŚ
fear of being judged, misunderstood, or not accepted for who they truly are.
Today, on the National Day of Silence, we honor those voicesâ
the ones spoken and unspoken. đ¤
We also create space for something powerful:
being seen, being heard, and feeling safe to exist fully.
Healing isnât just about speaking upâŚ
sometimes itâs about gently working through the fear, pain, or experiences that made silence feel safer in the first place.
Through supportive spacesâand practices like hypnotherapyâ
people can begin to reconnect with their voice, their truth, and their sense of inner safety. â¨
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to be you.
