Estrogen: The Hormone That Does Far More Than You Think
When most people hear the word 'estrogen', they immediately think of menopause or hot flashes. While estrogen certainly plays a central role in reproductive health, research has revealed something even more remarkable: estrogen is one of the body's most important hormones for lifelong health.
