Sleeping wrong💤💤🏋️lifting their luggage up into the ✈️✈️airplane bins OR nothing at All!!

I feel the least little bit of light lifting overhead👍
Wall push ups 👍 squeezing your shoulder blades together 👍. Stretching your chest👍

We all spend to much time rounded forward
Desk jobs 👏👏As a Massage therapist we are forward all day long!!

Do what you can Even if it’s Just alittle bit of preventative stretching and working out will help your shoulders longterm !!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

This past weekend marked Moving Day after 22 years in an office !! WOW
Had some AMAZING clients I call friends help out! They took over and in 2 hours ALL Moved out! Kinda weird to see an empty office ....... Thanks so very much David, Justin and David! I could not have done it without YOUR Big muscles and making me laugh all the way thru it! 🥰🥰🥰💖💖💖💖💖💖

Today marks a Very large Milestone for my business. 🌟🌟
I have alot of emotions running around my heart.
The last 4 clients to be treated here at the office feel So excited for whats to come! Im very very happy for that!

I have built a Wonderful massage practice, had ALOT of Wonderful people walk thru my door! Those people have walked into My Heart!
Hopefully have helped and Inspired change in their health andhave a Better outlook for their future.

Im Not Stopping 🚫NOT to worry......
So After 22 years Building a Dream I will no Longer have to drive 🚘🚘🚘to the office!!!
ITs not a bad drive as you can see

Been thru alot here at the office.... Lots of love, laughter and tears over all these years.
