3rd & final event in the Flow into Frequency series is tomorrow night (Thursday 5/14) at 6pm in the Tallyn’s Reach Clubhouse - 24900 E. Park Crescent Drive, Aurora, Colorado 80016

It combines 2 of my greatest passions, yoga 🧘‍♀️ and sound healing ❤️‍🩹 We will begin our time together on the mat with light stretching. Releasing muscle 💪🏻 tension and improving mobility. Then therapeutic vibrations will fill the room as I play a variety of instruments 🎶. The frequencies emitted and resonance produced will leave you feeling relaxed 😌 , renewed and refreshed. This event is beginner friendly and no experience is necessary 👍🏻. Mats and blankets will be provided and the diffusion of essential oils 🌱 will take place. Treat yourself to an hour of self care! Back by popular demand and just in time for Spring 🌼 I’m super excited to be reintroducing my soundbath offerings! New vibe, upgraded venue and all the positive energy ✨ These new events will combine 2 of my greatest passions, yoga and sound healing. We will begin and end our time together on the mat 🧘‍♀️ Exploring where we might be holding tension and allowing it to slowly dissipate as we generate loving movement. Lots of instruction, no judgement 🫶🏻 Toward the end of class you will be guided to a lying down position while a wave of therapeutic vibrations and frequencies wash over you from instruments like crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and ocean drums 🎶 You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed 🧖🏼‍♀️ These events are beginner friendly and no experience is necessary.
