A bit more about her… “As someone who has had their weight fluctuate their entire life, finding the right routine was important to me. Struggling to find an exercise program that I wanted to stick with for more than a few months seemed dang near impossible. Over a year ago, to date, I found Body Alive. I knew I had loved hot yoga in the past, but I had never thought about hot pilates.

From my first day of entering the studio, I absolutely fell in love! The people, the energy, and how my body felt after finishing a class was everything that I had been wanting out of fitness. It wasn’t mechanical. It was inviting. I want everyone who walks through those doors to feel the same way. Welcome. The body aches that I once had.. gone. I want everyone to know that with proper body mechanics, regardless of weight or frame, it can be achieved. “
